CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals We understand that things may come up. As a courtesy to our team, please make changes as soon as you know you will be unable to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you have to cancel, please provide us with minimum 24 hours notice. You may cancel through our online booking system or call the salon. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the selected services that are missed without notice. No shows are considered 15 minutes past scheduled service time. Late arrivals may result in limited service according to the timeframe of the scheduled appointment. You may also have the option to reschedule.
